Two Men Injured in Castlefield Industrial Estate Incident
Emergency services rushed to Castlefield Industrial Estate at 3.38pm on October 29 after reports of two men seriously injured.
One Man Dies at Scene, Another Dies in Hospital
43-year-old Daron Pickstock was pronounced dead at the scene. Another victim, 58-year-old Lee Horton, was taken to hospital but sadly died the following day, October 30.
Man Arrested and Released, Investigation Ongoing
A man was arrested in connection with the incident but has since been released under investigation. The Health and Safety Executive are probing the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
