Police Hunt Flashing Pervert Terrorising Nottingham’s Arboretum

Nottingham cops are on the lookout for a nasty man accused of exposing himself to women around the city’s Arboretum area in recent weeks.

Flasher Strikes in North Sherwood Streets

The suspect is said to be a scruffy, tall, skinny bloke in his 40s or 50s with blonde hair. He has been flashing women walking along North Sherwood Street, Addison Street, and Waverley Street.

Though he hasn’t approached his victims, police warn his indecent acts have caused serious alarm.

Police Plead for Public Help

Sergeant Karl Browne from the City Central Neighbourhood Policing Team said:

“Everyone has a right to feel safe when going about their daily business. We will not tolerate this behaviour, and we are actively making enquiries to find this man.”

Recent Flasher Jailed in Nottingham

This latest appeal comes after another man was caught and punished for similar offences. Michale Perlikowski, 32, from Millers Court, Radford, was nabbed after flashing four times in Nottingham last November.

On February 21, 2025, Perlikowski admitted four counts of exposure at Nottingham Crown Court. He was handed a six-month community order requiring rehab attendance and slapped with a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

PC Jordan Hinds, who led the investigation, said:

“Indecent exposure is a serious offence. We thoroughly investigate all reports and act against offenders. Perlikowski’s behaviour was utterly inexcusable. I’m pleased the court has taken action.”
