Man Injured in Mysterious Pellet Gun Attack Near Lordshill

Police are hunting a gang after a man was hit in the head with either a pellet gun or a catapult near Sainsburys and Bakers Drove, Lordshill.

The victim suffered a painful wound just above his right ear, mere inches from his temple, after being struck from about 40 feet away.

Youths Spotted at Scene

Witnesses reported seeing eight youths lurking in the area at the time of the attack. Police have since arrested seven suspects linked to the incident.

Calls for Witnesses

The injured man has received medical treatment and is expected to recover. But cops want to speak to anyone who saw what happened.
