Police Hunt Dangerous Prison Recall Fugitive Abbie Lucas
Kent Police are urgently searching for 30-year-old Abbie Lucas, wanted on recall to prison. She has links to Thanet, Herne Bay, and Whitstable. Authorities warn the public not to approach her if spotted and to report sightings immediately.
Brutal Scissors Attack Lands Lucas Behind Bars
Lucas was convicted after stabbing her 19-year-old ‘friend with benefits’ in the back with scissors during a drunken brawl. The victim suffered a serious 6cm wound and was airlifted to King’s College Hospital in London for urgent treatment.
At the time, Lucas had been on a three to four-day binge, downing multiple bottles of wine. Police found her hiding in a stairwell, incoherent and covered in blood. She was arrested and sentenced to one year in prison in December 2024.
