Night Crash in Brighton Leaves Teen Boy Fighting for Life
A serious crash rocked Braybon Avenue, Brighton, just after 5:20am on February 23. A dark blue Ford Fiesta smashed into a parked car and a van in the early hours.
18-Year-Old Passenger Critical After Collision
Emergency crews rushed to the scene where they found an 18-year-old male passenger with life-threatening injuries. He was rushed to hospital and remains in critical condition.
The driver, 19, walked away unharmed but was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving over the prescribed drug limit. Other passengers only suffered minor injuries.
Police Hunt for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Sussex Police have launched a full investigation into the crash. They are urgently calling for anyone who saw the incident or has dashcam footage to come forward.
