Teenager Charged with Murder of Young Man in Peckham Shooting

A 17-year-old boy has appeared at the Old Bailey accused of fatally shooting 20-year-old Jesse Lloyd-Smith in Peckham.

Jesse Lloyd-Smith was gunned down in an alley on East Surrey Grove just before 5pm on July 10. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds, including to his head and arms. Despite rushed medical care, he died from his injuries the next day.
