Family Mourns ‘Kind and Caring’ Son

Known as the life and soul of any party, Tom was popular, loving, funny, and hardworking. “Everyone who knew him was touched by his kindness and thoughtfulness.”

Police Continue Investigation as Man Charged
Detective Chief Inspector Paul Langley expressed condolences: “My thoughts are with Mr Parker’s family and friends, who will no doubt be devastated by this tragic loss.”
Police say the probe is ongoing. A man was charged this morning in connection with Thomas Parker’s death.
