Teen, 13, Attacked in Romford Street Brawl – Police Arrest Three

Chaos hit South Street, Romford, last night as a 13-year-old boy was viciously assaulted. The teenager suffered a facial injury and was rushed to hospital. Thankfully, police confirm his wounds are not life-threatening or life-changing.

Three Held Over Brutal Assault

Officers wasted no time swooping in. Two 15-year-old boys and a 25-year-old man were arrested and remain in police custody on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. Details on the adult suspect are scarce.

Knife Seized at Crime Scene

Police cordoned off part of South Street the following day, combing the area carefully. They recovered a pocket knife believed linked to the attack.

Police Reassure Public

“Three people have been arrested following an assault in Romford,” police confirmed. “Officers arrived shortly after 8.20pm on Thursday, 25 September, responding to reports of an assault on South Street. The 13-year-old victim was treated at the scene and taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening or life-changing.”
