Disturbing home invasion in Ceres

Cristian Alejandro Solorio Anguiano, 28, has been sentenced to six years and eight months in prison after unlawfully entering a woman’s bedroom in Ceres, California, and licking her toes as she slept. Anguiano took advantage of the moment when the woman’s father left the property to invade her personal space during the night.

Victim’s calm response amid shocking ordeal

The victim woke to find Anguiano biting and sucking on her toes. Despite the alarming situation, she remained composed and spoke to him calmly, which seemingly confused the intruder. When other family members entered the room, Anguiano fled the scene, ending the unsettling incident.

Obsession escalated from stalking

The defendant’s disturbing fixation began months earlier. After noticing the woman at her workplace, Anguiano engaged in stalking behaviour, including sending letters inviting her to Mexico and sleeping in his car near her home. His intrusive behaviour culminated in the break-in, with the bizarre act of toe-licking marking an extreme and unwanted expression of his obsession.

Harsh sentence and sex offender registration imposed

Anguiano pleaded no contest to felony stalking and burglary with intent to commit a sex act. The court imposed the maximum sentence allowable under California law: six years and eight months in prison. Additionally, he was ordered to register as a lifetime sex offender. Authorities confirmed he faces further charges related to drug trafficking. Incidents of this nature highlight the grave consequences of stalking and home invasions. The victim’s composure during the attack played a key role in the intruder’s eventual retreat.
