Serious Head Injury After Late-Night Disturbance

Kent Police are hunting for witnesses after a man suffered a serious head injury in Tunbridge Wells. Officers were called to Woodbury Park Road at 10.55pm on Tuesday 25 April 2023 following reports of a disturbance. The victim was rushed to a local hospital before being transferred to a London hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

Two Arrested but Now on Bail

Two Tunbridge Wells men have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. They were taken into custody but have since been released on bail, pending further inquiries, with a court date set for 26 July.

Police Urge Locals to Come Forward

Detective Chief Inspector Neil Kimber appealed to the public for help: “We are working to establish the full circumstances and urge anyone who may have seen or heard anything to contact us.”
