Aya, 19, killed by stray bullet

Both were initially questioned early on in the investigation but released without charge. They were re-arrested after fresh evidence emerged.
Upcoming court appearances
Otway was arrested in Dudley, West Midlands, and Suleman in Blackburn. Both are due in Preston Crown Court on Friday, January 28th to face charges of murder and attempted murder.
