Two Men Have Been Found Guilty For Kidnapping Two Women After Targeting Them At A Nightclub

Predators Nabbed After Horrific Kidnap and Rape in Vauxhall Nightclub

Badr Alhadidi, 39, of Talbot Road, Birmingham, and Dhari Alshammari, 27, of Hester Road, Wandsworth, were found guilty of kidnap. Alshammari was also convicted of rape following a gripping trial at Isleworth Crown Court.

Chilling CCTV Footage and Phone Evidence Seal Their Fate

Detectives pored over hours of CCTV tracking the men’s movements across London. Crucial evidence from their phones helped bring the vile duo to justice.

Detective Constable Tony Larkin said: “Alhadidi and Alshammari are two predators who planned that night’s terror. They targeted the victims with cold intent, thinking they could get away with it. They showed no remorse and have no idea the pain they caused. The CCTV was harrowing — a brutal display of violence and monstrous treatment.”

“I want to thank the victim-survivors for their bravery in coming forward. No matter when someone reports rape or sexual assault, we will listen and support you.”

Night of Horror at Vauxhall Nightclub

At 5:30am on Saturday, 16 July 2022, Alhadidi and Alshammari targeted women inside a nightclub on Albert Embankment, Vauxhall. CCTV showed Alshammari pouring vodka drinks while Alhadidi waited near the toilets.

By 6:00am, the pair forced their victims into a car, manhandling incapacitated women. They drove to a flat at Beauchamp Mansions, Kensington. CCTV showed Alshammari dragging one woman along the pavement before forcing them inside where they collapsed.

Inside, Alshammari raped one victim. Shockingly, he then stopped at McDonald’s for food before heading home.

Victims Left Helpless and Injured on London Streets

Later, Alhadidi drove one woman to a petrol station in another part of London. CCTV captured victims stumbling, falling into traffic, still incapacitated on their way home.

One victim reported gaps in memory from the night. She recalled being pinned in a car and sexually assaulted inside the flat.

Swift Police Action and Arrests

Police launched a full investigation, arresting the men two days later on 18 July. During interviews, both laughed while denying wrongdoing, claiming the victims were sober and consented.

On 27 July 2022, Alshammari was charged with kidnap and rape. Alhadidi faced charges of kidnap, three counts of rape, and sexual assault by penetration.

Both await sentencing at Isleworth Crown Court on 26 May.
