Teen Knife Attack Shakes Kent High Street

Kent Police rushed to High Street at 4.55pm on Thursday, 9 March after reports of a vicious assault. A victim speaking with a group outside a shop was attacked and rushed to a London hospital. He remains in serious but stable condition.

Two Teens Charged Over Brutal Stabbing

Detectives from Medway CID have charged a 17-year-old from Gillingham and a 16-year-old from Hertfordshire with wounding with intent and possession of a knife in public. Both are still in custody and set to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 13 March.

Three other teenagers arrested in connection have been released on bail, pending further inquiries.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward. They urge motorists with dashcam and residents with CCTV to check their footage for any clues.
