Police Rush to Disturbing Scene in Hounslow

Police and paramedics were called to a flat on Old Meadow Lane’s Drake Court estate shortly after 4pm on Monday. Both mother and child were found dead at the property.

Friends have named the woman as Shiwangi Bagoan, who reportedly “doted on” her daughter, little Zia.

Records reveal Bagoan was registered as an Operating Department Practitioner. A 2019 hearing showed she was caught stealing hospital drugs for personal use, including vials of Rocuronium and Propofol. The misconduct led to concerns over her fitness to practise.

Investigation Underway, No Third Party Suspected

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Next of kin have been informed and supported by specialist officers.” Detectives from the Specialist Crime Command (Homicide) are leading the investigation.

“While the investigation is still in its early stages, officers do not currently believe anyone else was involved in this incident.”
