Canterbury Police Make Major Seizure After Disturbance Call

Three men were arrested in Canterbury on Tuesday, 15 October 2024, following a police raid that uncovered an imitation firearm, a prohibited knife, and suspected drugs. Officers responded to reports of a disturbance at a property on Querns Road.

When police arrived, they noticed suspicious behaviour and searched the premises. The search revealed a cache of weapons, including an imitation firearm and a banned knife, as well as suspected class A and class B drugs, drug paraphernalia, and large sums of cash.

Men Arrested and Released on Bail as Investigation Continues

All three men were arrested on suspicion of supply of controlled drugs, possession of a firearm with criminal intent, and possession of a prohibited article. They have since been bailed while police continue their investigation.

A police spokesperson confirmed that enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.
