Drew Stanton-Foreman Sentenced to Nearly Three Years

Drew Stanton-Foreman, 21, from Redhouse Way, was handed a prison term of two years and eight months at Swindon Crown Court on Monday. She was found guilty of inflicting grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent on the teenager.

Violent Attack Leaves Teen Traumatised

The court heard the assault was completely unprovoked. During the party, Stanton-Foreman suddenly attacked the boy, slashing him with the broken glass. The victim suffered deep lacerations and trauma, shocking everyone at the event.

Emergency services rushed the teenager to hospital, where he received urgent treatment. Though physically recovered, the boy still struggles to cope with the emotional scars from the ordeal.

Judge Condemns Reckless Violence as Police Praise Sentence

Sentencing Stanton-Foreman, the judge called the attack “completely reckless and disproportionate,” highlighting the deliberate nature and serious harm caused.

“This was a shocking and senseless act of violence that could have had even more tragic consequences,” a Wiltshire Police spokesperson said. “We hope this sentence provides some closure for the victim and sends a clear message: this kind of behaviour will not be tolerated.”

The court also noted Stanton-Foreman showed little remorse throughout the investigation and trial. She will serve her sentence in custody, with the chance of parole after serving half her term.
