Man Stabbed in Pevensey Sparks Armed Police Hunt
A 56-year-old man was viciously stabbed this afternoon in Burdock Place, Pevensey. Armed police, dog units, and ambulance crews rushed to the scene. The KSS Air Ambulance also landed nearby, airlifting the victim to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.
Four Arrested After Disturbance in Stone Cross
Wealden Police confirmed four people have been arrested following reports of a disturbance in Stone Cross. Officers were called to Burdock Place just after 2 pm on Tuesday, April 25.
Isolated Incident, Police Increase Patrols
A police spokesman stressed the stabbing is an isolated event and there’s no ongoing threat to the community. “We will have an increased police presence in the area while inquiries continue,” he said.
