Police launched a major investigation after the body of an 18-year-old man was found on Catherine Street, Doncaster, early Monday morning (1 November).

The young man’s family has been notified and is receiving support from specialist officers. A post-mortem is yet to take place to determine the cause of death.

A 38-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently in police custody as inquiries continue.
