Murder Probe Underway After Man Found Dead in Kensington

Police have launched a murder investigation after a man was found dead with head injuries in Kensington and Chelsea.

Officers rushed to St Mark’s Grove, SW10, just before 7pm on Monday, 17 February, following reports of an unresponsive man inside a property.

54-Year-Old Victim Pronounced Dead at Scene

The London Ambulance Service confirmed they discovered a 54-year-old man with serious head wounds. Sadly, he was declared dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed, and a post-mortem examination will be arranged.

Suspect Arrested and in Custody

A 47-year-old man found at the scene was arrested on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody at a central London police station as detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime South (Homicide), led by DCI Simon Harding, carry out the investigation.

Police Appeal for Witnesses
