Man, 35, Dies After Daylight Knife Attack in South London
Nathaniel Ago, 35, has tragically died following a brutal stabbing in broad daylight on a residential street. Four men, aged 17 to 43, have been arrested over the murder.
Police Snap Up Four Suspects
- 17-year-old, 22-year-old, and 25-year-old men were arrested on Tuesday, 8 June.
- A 43-year-old man was arrested early on Wednesday, 9 June.
- All are currently in custody in south London police stations.
Knife Fight Breaks Out, Victim Dies Days Later
The drama unfolded on Wednesday, 2 June at 4.23pm when police received reports of a street fight. Officers found Nathaniel with knife wounds and rushed him to hospital, where he remained critical before succumbing to his injuries on Tuesday, 8 June.
Detective Chief Inspector Kate Kieran, leading the probe, said: “The victim suffered the injuries that would ultimately claim his life in broad daylight, outside a residential address. These arrests mark significant progress. I hope it reassures the community that officers are working hard to bring justice.”
