Man Seriously Injured After Fall in Broadstairs
Emergency services rushed to Harbour Street in Broadstairs shortly after 9pm on Monday, June 27, following reports of a man falling from steps near Viking Bay.
Air Ambulance Lands in Victoria Gardens
Witnesses spotted the air ambulance touching down on Victoria Gardens close to the Broadstairs bandstand. Alongside police and paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service, the air crew quickly attended to the injured man.
Man Flown to London Hospital with Serious Injuries
Kent Police confirmed the man was airlifted to a London hospital for urgent treatment. “Officers were called at 9.10pm after reports of the fall,” the force said. “He is receiving care for serious injuries.”
