Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the off-duty police officer who died in a crash on the A414. The officer was riding their motorbike at around 1.55pm on Thursday, 18th December 2020, when it collided with a lorry.

Road Shut as Police Investigate Fatal Collision

The stretch of the A414 was closed for investigation following the collision. Police have not named the officer, urging the public to respect the family’s privacy during this tough time. No arrests have been made.
