Urgent Search Underway for Missing 14-Year-Old Hanna Balcer in Barnet

Last Seen Leaving New Barnet Train Station

Police are scrambling to find 14-year-old Hanna Balcer, who vanished from her home in North London’s Barnet.

She was last spotted at 7.50pm on Thursday, 24 April at New Barnet train station. Hanna, who stands around 5ft 5ins tall with brown hair, wore a dark tracksuit, black trainers, and carried a black rucksack when she disappeared.

Possible Movement Across London

Authorities suspect Hanna may be travelling across London. She has known links to Barnet, Shepherd’s Bush, and Ladbroke Grove.

Police Issue Urgent Appeal

Detective Inspector Mark Young from the Met’s North West Missing Persons Unit said:

“Hanna’s disappearance is completely out of character and her family are understandably incredibly concerned.

Local officers have been carrying out a number of enquiries to trace her, but we now urgently turn to the public for help.

While there is no suggestion she has come to any harm, as time passes, we are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare. We just want to bring her home safely.”

Family Desperate for Hanna’s Safe Return

Hanna’s mother, Izabela Balcer, pleaded:

“Hanna’s family are beside themselves with worry and desperate for information.

She is just 14 years old, and her father and I are naturally very concerned about her safety.

We urgently need the public’s help to find her.

Hanna, if you’re reading this, please pick up the phone.

Your family loves you, and we are anxious to make sure you’re all right.”
