Man Critically Injured in Enfield Bar Shooting
Detectives have launched an urgent appeal after a man was shot and left fighting for his life at a bar in Enfield.
Shock Shooting at Cora Lounge
The terrifying attack happened just after 1.40am on Tuesday, 13 February, at the Cora Lounge on Alma Road, EN3. Police rushed to the scene following reports of gunshots.
The victim, believed to be in his 30s, wasn’t identified until 2.25am when emergency services found him injured at a location in Haringey. He was rushed to hospital and remains in critical condition. His family have been informed.
Detectives Plead for Witnesses
Detective Inspector David Hickford, who is leading the probe, said: “This shooting has left a man seriously injured. We’ve carried out extensive enquiries but still need more information.”
Hickford urged everyone who was at the bar that night—whether they think they saw something important or not—to come forward. “Gun crime has no place on London streets,” he added. “We’re determined to find those responsible.”
