Prison Escape Alert: Manhunt Underway for Jailbird John Wickens
Authorities are on the hunt for John Wickens, 34, who has bolted from Hollesley Bay prison. He was last spotted around 9pm on Thursday, but a missing person report only came in just before 4am on Friday.

Wickens stands out with his short brown hair, striking blue eyes, and slim frame. When he made his escape, he was rocking a grey t-shirt, denim shorts, and black full-length leggings underneath. The six-month inmate was serving time for burglary and shop theft.

Got a good eye for detail? Wickens sports telling tattoos: ‘Mummy, Bob, Nicky’ etched on his right hand, ‘Mummy Daddy’ inked on his right wrist, plus a distinct Celtic band tattoo on the same wrist. Notably, he also bears scars on his left arm and right face.
