Litter Patrol Bullies Caught Trespassing and Harassing Pensioner!
Two heavy-handed litter patrol officers working for Havant Borough Council have been caught red-handed trespassing on private property—and causing chaos. Shocking footage from yesterday shows the pair refusing to leave a local laundrette on Market Parade, despite being asked to clear off.
Trespassing and Intimidation Caught on Camera
The duo, dubbed “bully boys” by outraged locals, stormed into the business and continued their harassment even after being told to leave. Their rowdy behaviour follows an earlier incident where they targeted a vulnerable pensioner with learning difficulties, sparking fury across the community.
Public Turned Against ‘Litter Patrol’ Enforcers
Since their introduction, Havant Borough Council’s litter patrol team has faced fierce backlash for their harsh, authoritarian tactics. Locals claim the officers intimidate rather than assist, and their heavy hand is costing taxpayers dearly.
Shop Owner Calls Police After Shocking Harassment
Lisa Kennedy, the shop owner who filmed the incident, blasted the litter patrol’s behaviour. She said, “Can’t believe I had to call the police because the litter patrol were in my shop scaring one of my old customers. They refused to leave, so I had to call the police—who showed up after over an hour. Funny, they never turned up when I got broken into!”
Lisa added, “What kind of world are we living in when this is allowed? How much money is this costing the taxpayer?”
