Young Dad Stabbed to Death in Colindale – Murder Probe Underway
Police have launched a murder investigation after a young father was fatally stabbed in Colindale last night.
Stabbing Shocks NW9 Neighbourhood
Officers were called just before 6pm on Sunday, 15 April to Zenith Close, Colindale, NW9 following reports of a stabbing. Emergency crews, including the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance, rushed to the scene.
The victim, identified as Raul Nicolaie, believed to be in his 20s, was found stabbed at his flat. Despite efforts to save him, Raul was pronounced dead later at a central London hospital.
Suspect Known to Victim
Police confirm the victim and the suspect were known to each other. A 34-year-old woman was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and is currently in custody at a north London police station.
