Serious Crash: Ambulance and Cement Lorry Collide on A21
Kent Police rushed to a crash scene at 8.16pm on Wednesday 5 January 2022 after an ambulance smashed into a cement lorry.
Four Injured – Two Seriously
The crash left four people injured, with two in serious condition. An air ambulance was scrambled to the scene to provide urgent medical aid.
Investigation Underway – Police Seek Witnesses
The Serious Collision Investigation Unit is now probing the incident. They want anyone with dashcam footage from before the crash to step forward. Witnesses are urged to contact officers to help piece together what happened.
A21 Closed – Drivers Told to Avoid Area
The A21 is expected to remain shut for the foreseeable future. Motorists are advised to check alternative routes before setting off.
