Detectives are pressing on with their murder probe after a 26-year-old man died following a brutal assault in Totton.
The terrifying attack unfolded at 7.45pm on Saturday, August 25, at a home on Salisbury Road. Now, police are grilling a 19-year-old suspect over the fatal attack.
19-Year-Old Held Over Totton Murder
The 19-year-old remains in custody as detectives dig deeper into the case. Meanwhile, a 26-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder suffered a medical episode after being taken into custody and is now in hospital. Officers plan to question him further once he’s discharged.
Two Others Released But Still Under Investigation
A 42-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy were also arrested, suspected of assisting an offender. Both have been released from police custody but remain under investigation as the probe continues.
