Teen Stabbed in Basildon: Police Launch Urgent Hunt
Police are still at the scene on Cherrydown East, Basildon, after a stabbing early on Thursday morning. Officers were called just after 3:42am amid fears for a young man’s safety.
Victim Hurt but Stable
On arrival, cops found a late-teenage male with a knife wound to his hand. He was rushed to hospital. While his injuries aren’t life-threatening, they could be life-changing.
Appeal for Witnesses and Footage
A police cordon remains in place as detectives piece together what happened. Officers want to hear from anyone who was nearby and saw or heard anything suspicious — especially vehicles or odd behaviour.
