Tragic Crash on M25 Near Enfield Kills Young Woman
Horrific smash on the M25 near Enfield has left a 19-year-old woman dead and another in critical condition. The collision between an HGV, a BMW, and a black Vauxhall Mokka happened on the clockwise carriageway between junctions 24 and 25.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Police were called at 6.42pm on Thursday, 6 October. Officers arrived alongside London Ambulance Service, London’s Air Ambulance, and the Fire Brigade. Despite their efforts, the 19-year-old occupant of the BMW was pronounced dead at the scene. Her family have been informed.
Meanwhile, a woman travelling in the Vauxhall was rushed to an east London hospital and remains in a life-threatening condition.
Two Drivers Arrested Over Deadly Crash
The driver of the HGV was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving. The BMW driver was also arrested for causing death by careless driving while over the legal alcohol limit. Both have been released on bail as investigations continue.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dash Cam Footage
