Woman Arrested After Man Stabbed to Death in Woodside Park
Detectives have launched a murder probe after a man was fatally stabbed at a Woodside Park address on Friday night.
Tragic Stabbing Sparks Urgent Investigation
Detective Chief Inspector Neil McGuinness revealed police were called just before 10:05pm on 14th October reporting the stabbing. The victim, Mr Browne, was rushed to hospital but sadly died from his injuries shortly after.
Suspect in Custody and Police Appeal for Witnesses
A 33-year-old woman is now in custody, arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of a Class B drug. She is being questioned at Musgrave Police Station’s Serious Crime Suite.
Chief Inspector McGuinness urged anyone with information to come forward. “If you believe you can assist with our investigation, please contact the Major Investigation Team at Ladas Drive Police Station on 101, quoting reference 2045 14/10/22.”
