Teen Dies After Brutal Assault in Liverpool Internet Café
Michael, a local from Oil Street, Liverpool, tragically passed away following a violent attack at an internet café on London Road around 5:50pm on Saturday, 16 April.
A post-mortem revealed he died from multiple serious injuries.
Seven Arrested in Murder Inquiry
Police have arrested seven people linked to Michael Toohey’s death. The latest suspects include a 20-year-old man from Kirkby and two teenagers, aged 14 and 15, from Liverpool. They were detained in the early hours for questioning.
- Earlier arrests include Anthony Williams, 31, from Walton, who faces murder charges.
- A 33-year-old man with no fixed address was arrested and later released on conditional bail.
- On Friday, a 14-year-old and a 25-year-old from Kirkby were also arrested but released on bail.
- A 34-year-old woman from Fazakerley remains on bail over assisting an offender.
