Woman Held Over Liverpool City Centre Murder

Detectives have arrested a 34-year-old woman from Fazakerley in connection with the murder of an 18-year-old man in Liverpool city centre on Saturday, 16 April. She remains in custody, questioned on suspicion of assisting an offender.

Fatal Attack Outside Liverpool Internet Café

The tragic incident unfolded at around 5.50pm outside an internet café on London Road. Emergency services rushed to the scene following reports that the young man was assaulted. Despite efforts to save him, he later died in hospital.

Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up

Detective Chief Inspector Terry Davies urged anyone who saw the attack or noticed suspicious behaviour to come forward. He said:

“This happened in a busy area near Liverpool 1 Centre on Saturday evening. People at bus stops, walking past TJ Hughes, or driving along London Road around that time may have crucial information. If you witnessed anything or have dash cam or mobile footage, please help us.”
