Teen Shot Dead in Broad Daylight on North London Street

Andre, 18, was fatally shot on Constable Crescent, Tottenham, at 5pm on Monday, 3 July. Police say he was riding a moped when the shooting happened on nearby Stamford Road. Despite his injuries, Andre managed to ride further before crashing into a parked car and collapsing. Emergency services pronounced him dead at the scene.

Police Hunt Key Suspect After Tragic Killing

Detective Chief Inspector Dave Whellams of Specialist Crime North revealed investigators have identified a person of interest. They are searching for 18-year-old Reagan Konin, believed to have ties to Tottenham, Haringey, and north London. The suspect in the shooting is described as a black male in his late teens or early twenties, who fled Stamford Road immediately after the attack.

“Our investigation is continuing at pace,” said DCI Whellams. “If you have seen Reagan Konin or know where he is, please contact us. Do not approach him – call 999 immediately.”

Community Shocked as Police Promise Justice

Detective Chief Superintendent Caroline Haines, lead for policing in Haringey, expressed deep sorrow over the loss. “Another young life lost on our borough is devastating. The wider community shares this grief and concern. We are working round the clock to find out what happened and bring the person responsible to justice,” she said.
