Disturbing Attack Shakes Manchester

Police have released images of a man they want to question after a terrifying incident on Friday, August 11, 2023, in Manchester. A man in his 30s was spiked and sexually assaulted in a shocking attack. To make matters worse, the victim’s wallet, clothes, and electric scooter were also stolen.

Greater Manchester Police Launch Thorough Investigation

Officers from Greater Manchester Police’s Salford CID jumped on the case immediately. Detective Constable Nicole Robertson called the attack “appalling” and praised the victim’s courage for speaking out and aiding the investigation.

Appeal for Witnesses and Footage

Despite following several leads, police are now appealing to the public for help. They’re asking anyone with information or CCTV, mobile, or dash-cam footage to come forward. The snapped images of a man they want to speak to have been released in hopes someone will recognise him.
