Shopper Attacked After Face Mask Row in Abbeydale
Chaos erupted in an Abbeydale store on 9 January when staff challenged a man for not wearing a face covering. The man allegedly snapped back with verbal abuse around 5pm, sparking a tense stand-off.
Verbal Abuse Turns Physical
Things escalated when a fellow shopper stepped in to challenge the unruly customer. The man then physically attacked the shopper before storming out of the store.
