Palace of Westminster Cop Sprayed with Mystery Substance

At 8.01pm on Wednesday, 1 December, a police officer stationed at the Palace of Westminster was suddenly sprayed with an unknown substance by a passerby. The attacker then fled towards Victoria Tower Gardens.

Massive Hunt Launched but Suspect Still on the Loose

Police launched an immediate search of the area, even deploying a police helicopter to aid the manhunt. Despite their efforts, the culprit remains at large.

Officer Suffers Mild Facial Irritation

The officer suffered only mild irritation to his face and was checked out by London Ambulance Service at the scene. He did not need hospital treatment.
