Kent Police are hunting for witnesses after a serious crash in Maidstone left a man in his 70s fighting for his life.
Horrific Collision on London Road
At around 2.45pm on Sunday, 1 June 2025, a grey Chevrolet Orlando slammed into a white Fiat 500 near the junction with Queens Avenue, London Road.
- A man in his 70s suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to a London hospital.
- A second man sustained minor injuries and got treatment locally.
Police Launch Serious Investigation
The Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is leading the probe and urgently wants anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage to contact them.
“We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who saw the vehicles before the collision or who may have relevant video footage,” confirmed a Kent Police spokesperson.
