Shock on Isle of Wight: Child Inappropriately Touched in Newport
Hampshire police have launched a serious investigation after an 11-year-old girl was inappropriately touched on Snowberry Road, Newport. The incident happened on Friday, 24 August, between 4:30pm and 5pm.
Two Men Target Young Girl
The victim was touched over her clothing on her bottom by two unknown men who also made disturbing comments. The Neighbourhood Policing Team has since ramped up patrols in the area to keep the community safe.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
If you saw anything suspicious or have any information about the incident, officers urge you to come forward immediately. There have been no other reports of similar incidents in the area.
