A man suffered serious injuries in a Swindon home drama today. Around 2.30pm on Friday 20 July, police rushed to a property on Logan Close, just off Queens Drive, responding to reports of a disturbance.

Man in his 30s self-inflicts serious arm wounds

Authorities revealed the man, in his 30s, had slice wounds on his right arm. Wiltshire Police confirmed these injuries were self-inflicted. Officers administered first aid until paramedics arrived.

Dog unit at scene but no action needed

A specialist dog handler from the Tri-force unit was also on site, providing additional first aid. Thankfully, the police dog was not required to intervene during the incident.

The man’s right arm was seen heavily bandaged as emergency crews worked swiftly to stabilise him.
