Man Stabbed Near Wood Green Tube Station in Early Morning Attack

A man in his 20s was stabbed near Wood Green Tube station at around 6 AM today. The Metropolitan Police rushed to the scene after receiving an urgent call.

Officers and London Ambulance Service medics found the victim injured outside WG Express on Lordship Lane. He was rushed to hospital with non-life-threatening wounds.

A Met Police spokesperson said: “Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a man, aged in his 20s, suffering injuries – he has been taken to hospital for treatment; his injuries are not life-threatening.
