Manhunt Underway After Teen’s Skull Caved In in Brutal Portsmouth Attack
Teen Suffered Horrific Head Injuries
A 17-year-old youth was left with a fractured skull after a savage assault in Portsmouth. The teen was pulled off his bike and attacked by two men who approached him from beside a silver van. Witnesses say he was stamped on the head during the vicious attack.
Friend Also Targeted But Escaped
The teen’s friend was struck with a long object but managed to cycle away and raise the alarm. The victim was rushed to hospital where scans revealed three skull fractures, a broken nose, and a possible broken jaw.
Police Hunt Two Men Linked to Attack
- Man One: Around 5ft 8in, slim build, white, late 20s to early 30s, short brown spiked hair, accused of stamping on the victim’s head.
- Man Two: About 6ft 1in, stocky build, white.
The attackers fled when bystanders shouted and came to help.
Witnesses Urged to Come Forward
Detectives are scouring the area for clues and desperate to speak to anyone who saw the incident, knows the suspects, or has dashcam footage from passing vehicles.
