Mayfair Madness: Suspected Burglary Rocks Berkeley Square
London’s glittering Mayfair was shaken early Monday as police launched a probe into a suspected aggravated burglary at a commercial property on the famed Berkeley Square.
Crime Scene Locked Down – No Arrests Yet
Officers raced to the scene at 4:14am on 26 May after reports of a break-in. A Met spokesperson said:
“A crime scene is still in place while we carry out initial enquiries. Anyone with information is urged to call the Met on 101, quoting reference 1114/26MAY.”
So far, no arrests have been made. Detectives are combing forensic evidence and reviewing CCTV footage to crack the case.
