Shop Manager Pushed to Ground in Bizarre Pokemon Store Robbery

Robber Snatches Pokemon Merch and Attacks Staff

Shoppers in Nottingham city centre were shocked when a brazen thief shoved a store manager to the floor during a robbery. The incident took place on 1 November 2023, at around 11:05am in a shop on Exchange Walk.

The suspect grabbed several items from a Pokemon display, trying to make a sneaky exit without paying. When a staff member confronted him, the man didn’t hesitate to push the employee to the ground before fleeing the scene.

Police Hunt Crook with Customer Help

Officers are now calling on the public to help track down the man. Detective PC Sean Parker said:

“This was obviously a distressing incident for a shop manager just trying to do his job and protect his business.

“We want to protect the businesses of Nottingham from shoplifters and robbers and bring the person who did this to justice.”

“We have released an image of a man who may hold vital information to help us with our investigation.

“If you recognise the man in the picture or are the man in the picture then please get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
