Swindon Burglaries: £10,000 Stolen in Early Morning Raids

Police are hunting thieves after a string of break-ins at commercial units in Swindon.

In the early hours of December 16, six units at Lower Basset Downs Workshops, off Basset Down Road, were targeted by burglars.

Loot Ranges from Scooters to Golf Gear

Raiders made off with around £10,000 worth of goods, including scooters, fishing tackle, and golfing equipment.

Investigation Underway, Patrols Increased

Officers have launched an ongoing investigation and stepped up patrols in the area to catch those responsible.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Police want anyone who saw suspicious people or vehicles between 3am and 4am on December 16 to come forward. Dashcam footage could be crucial.
