Teen Arrested in North London Terror Probe
Met Police Nab 17-Year-Old on Terrorism Suspicion
Met’s Counter Terrorism Command swooped today, Tuesday 25 August, arresting a 17-year-old male in north London. The teen is suspected of holding documents that could aid terrorist activities, breaching Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
Detained and Held in Custody
The youth was arrested under PACE and taken to a south London police station. He remains in custody as officers continue their investigation.
