Wrong Turn Sparks Scare
The elderly driver took a wrong turn and ended up hurtling the wrong way down one of the UK’s busiest roads. Concerned motorists quickly dialled 999 as the OAP came driving straight at oncoming traffic.
Police Step In
Officers stopped the driver this afternoon before any crash could happen. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the pensioner might now have to swap the keys for a bus pass.
