Teens' violent mugging scare in Kent footpath

Kent Police are on the hunt after three teenagers allegedly attacked a boy and tried to snatch his bag. The shocking incident happened around 6.45pm on Monday 3 June 2024, on a footpath between Mace Lane and Heathfield Road, right behind the fire station.

Fleeing suspects vanish on Heathfield Road

Reports confirm that the four youths involved, including the victim, fled the scene heading towards Heathfield Road. Despite a swift police search, neither the suspects nor the victim has been located.

Victim urged to come forward

The victim has yet to make contact with authorities. Police are pushing for anyone with information—especially those who haven’t yet spoken to officers—to get in touch quoting reference 46/91299/24.
