A 60-year-old man was targeted in a brazen morning attack on Chequer Road, Doncaster, at around 8.30am on Saturday, June 9.
Thug Tries to Snatch Chain but Fails
The suspect struck from behind, attempting to yank a chain off the victim’s neck. But the quick-thinking man fought back, forcing the attacker to flee empty-handed.
Police Launch Hunt with E-Fit Image
No injuries were reported and nothing was stolen. South Yorkshire Police are now hunting the suspect and have released an e-fit, created with help from the victim.
